The DHI Implanter
One instrument. One graft. One motion. Angle and depth stay in the hand — chosen when the front line must disappear into you, not announce itself.
The instrument
Placement held graft by graft.
Harvest is shared with FUE. What differs is how each graft is seated — and which hand finishes the front line.
One motion
The implanter opens the site and seats the graft together. No separate channel-making pass. Control stays with the hand that places.
Angle and depth
Direction, tilt, and how deep each graft sits are decided graft by graft — the millimetres you see in a mirror, not only the area behind them.

Why the implanter is chosen.
Direct Hair Implantation is not a label for marketing. It names a placement tool: a pen-like implanter that carries a living graft and seats it in a single motion. The shared step with FUE is harvest from the donor, one by one. The step that decides the look is how those grafts are placed.
FUE often opens sites first, then fills them. That sequence suits patterns that need coverage across a zone. DHI keeps site-making and seating in the same instrument. That control is chosen when the aim is the front line — proportion to the face you already have, an edge fine enough to disappear.
Neither protocol is a trend. Donor supply, the line you will live with, and how many days you can remain in Istanbul decide the hand that finishes the work. Photographs of the donor and the hairline come first. The protocol is written before you fly. Either way, the work is carried out in accredited hospital operating rooms.
The choice
Written before you fly.
Not by instrument name alone. By donor, by the line you will live with, by the days you can stay in Istanbul. Some patterns ask for coverage. Some ask for a front line that disappears. That assessment happens before you travel.
